As part of a new project related to IT in the Spanish Public Administration, Chaxpert was installed to provide Technical Information to users and collect social feedback.
After 3 months implementation and 3 months live, the solution has replaced the forum channels, increasing the volume of online queries.

THE PROJECT
ZonaTIC is a project to create a community of developers interested in applications with DNI-e (Digital Identification Card). INTECO provides all levels of support from their portal and they required a tool to simplify their Q&A services, the communication amongst the users as well as social feedback: zonatic.usatudni.es
THE SOLUTION
Chaxpert solution was integrated visually into the INTECO web site and connected to the existing INTECO users’ database and login. It successfully passed a security audit before launch. The users can now get their answers from the ‘Google like’ search interface and chat with Inteco’s internal experts: chaxpert.zonatic.usatudni.es
